We search for intended outcomes, but also the unintended and the surprising!
Using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, we get under the skin of projects, searching for both measurable responses and, crucially, the vital ‘soft’ data that comes from depth interviewing.
We bring experience and energy to the process, resulting in a high-quality service. We undertake literature reviews and desk research, conduct dynamic discussion groups, face-to-face and telephone interviews, observation and online surveys, often in combination.
