We love meeting clients (preferably over coffee and biscuits) and see them as collaborators in a joint plan. We also enjoy rolling our sleevesup to the pinnacle - assess, improve, monitor, assess... up and getting out in the field – the hands-on enquiry process. We find out what makes people tick, how they feel about your product or service and how to keep them engaged and participating. We search for intended outcomes, but also the unintended and the surprising!

Using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, we get under the skin of projects, searching for both measurable responses and, crucially, the vital ‘soft’ data that comes from depth interviewing. 

We bring experience and energy to the process, resulting in a high-quality service. We undertake literature reviews and desk research, conduct dynamic discussion groups, face-to-face and telephone interviews, observation and online surveys, often in combination. 

Data collection is followed by rigorous analysis and discussion with the client. We look not only to gauge perception, but to see the importance attached to those factors by your audience. In that way we see the true complex picture rather than an erroneous linear connection.

We strive to ensure that the final report structure is aligned with expectation and its quality adds clear value for the client.
